Welcome to Follow Up Boss!

Follow Up Boss will keep you organized and in front of your best opportunities and past clients so you can close more deals to grow your business.
After working with thousands of agents like you, we've designed simple systems to help you achieve your goals, all while saving you a ton of time. To get started, watch our short Getting Started video and follow the steps below.

My Settings​​

Personal Information
The foundation of each Follow Up Boss account starts with the settings. Personal information, login email, connected email, signature, hot sheet notifications, calling settings, and more can be managed on the settings page. To access the settings page, go to your initials/image in the upper right-hand corner > My Settings.

Name: User name that is displayed in Follow Up Boss and used with Merge Fields

Phone: Mobile number used to route calls and send text notifications to and used with Merge Fields

Login Email: View and edit the email used to log into FUB with (email notifications are sent to this address)

Time Zone: Time zone used for the calendar, tasks and reminders

Portrait: Image displayed in Follow Up Boss for user
vCard

View and edit your vCard to send your contact information via text.

Since VCards use the team text number, inform clients you'll use a new business number. To avoid confusion, set up a personal contact card in your phone to share with clients and leads.​

Connected Email: The email address FUB syncs to and the address emails are sent from when sending emails through FUB

Share your Emails: Allows other team members to see emails exchanged between the connected email and a contact that originated in your connected email

Share your Calendar: Share calendar events with admin users on your team

Signature: View and edit the email signature
Notifications

Manage Notification Settings: This is a quick link to your personal notification settings. To ensure your system sends and you Receive Daily Hot Sheet Emails: Check to opt-in to receive Daily Hot Sheet emails
Connecting your Email
How to Connect your Email

Go to My Settings (Click your Initials/Image in the upper-right corner)

Click Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google

Follow the prompts of your email provider to sign in

Once connected, go to Admin > API to turn on lead processing if you want us to automatically add your leads to Follow Up Boss. If you are usually signed in to multiple email accounts, you will need to select the one account you would like FUB to sync with and sign in to.
Using the iPhone App
Take your entire CRM with you anywhere you go with the Follow Up Boss iPhone app. Never miss a beat with the inbox where you can call, text, and email your contacts. Staying up to date with lead activity, appointments, tasks, and deals has never been easier!
How to Set it Up

Log in to the app

Click your Initials/Image in the upper left-hand corner

Turn On Push Notifications Enable Caller ID

Enable Calling (if you have the calling add-on)

Enable Always Text in App (if you want all texts from the app to be sent from your Follow Up Boss Number) ***NOT RECOMMENDED
Using the Android App
Follow Up Boss can be used on the go with your Android device. Never miss a beat with the inbox where you can call, text, and email your contacts. Staying up to date with lead activity, appointments, tasks, and deals have never been easier!
Connecting Google Calendar
Connecting your Gmail to Follow Up Boss will unlock calendar syncing for appointments and tasks.
Note: If you have a connected Gmail but are not seeing the calendar sync, disconnect and reconnect your email from the My Settings page.
