How Sphere Plan Works

As you Add Contacts
​

As you add your "Sphere" contacts to your FUB database, we wanted to provide you with a detailed summary plan to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

 

A "Sphere" is considered a contact that you already know.  This includes past clients, people in your phone, people in your life (in short if you have met them and have their contact info, then they are considered a "sphere")

Stage

Select which Stage your Sphere Contact is in.

 

Select "Contact" If they do not fit into any other selection

 

.*Stages are good for a quick reference glance to see where your client is in the buying/selling process

- does NOT trigger any Actions Plans or Smart Lists(except for “Lead” which is part of "Leads/Daily" Smartlist)

Tags for ACTION PLANS

If you want your Sphere Contact to be placed in an automated Email Drip Campaign then tag your contact: "Sphere Drip Campaign"

Tags for CALL Frequency

Select how often you wish to call your Sphere Contact by tagging the with any of the following:

 

Active Client (every 2 days)

HOT (every 2 days)

Weekly

Bi-Weekly

Bi-Monthly

Monthly

Quarterly

TAGS for BULK Email Blast

* Tag your Contact any of the following

 

Events Invite

-will be on a list to invite contact to Solutions Events & Prize Give Aways

 

Holiday Greeting

-will send a Holiday Email Greeting

 

Monthly Newsletter

-will be on a list to receive monthly market email updates

 

Past Client

-will be on a special list for clients who have done business with you

 

Referral Partner

-will be on a special list for clients who have referred business to you

 

Home Owner

-will be on a list to to receive important info such as Vacancy & Speculation Tax Reminders

Custom Fields

-some Custom Fields ACTIVATE Action Plans

 

We have 5 Custom Fields that Activate Actions Plans

 

1) Birthday – auto sends an automated Email on their Birthday

 

2) Possession Day for SELLER – auto sends an email 10 days before possession

 

3) Possession Day for BUYERS-RE-SALE ONLY - – auto sends an email 5 days before possession

 

4) Home Anniversary - auto sends an email on their Home Anniversary * this date should be 1 year after their Possession Day

 

5) Licence Renewal - auto sends an email 1 month before their Driver's Licence expiry

 

6) City - will send real estate updates regarding the specific city
